Our mission and scope

ParinamSetu exists to help students and job seekers act on official information quickly and safely. We cover results, admit cards, vacancies, eligibility, syllabus, admissions, documents and government schemes, with a focus on Rajasthan and all-India exams.

We write for people who are often reading on a mobile phone, under time pressure, so we put the answer first and keep language simple.

Who writes and reviews

Content is written and edited under the supervision of Anil Kumar, founder and editor of ParinamSetu.

  • Every guide is checked against its official source by an editor before publication.
  • Pages are published under a named author or the ParinamSetu editorial team.
  • Contributors (if any) follow this policy and are edited before publishing.

Our sources

We rank sources by reliability:

Level What it includes How we use it
1 — Primary Official notification, advertisement, gazette, result notice, admit card notice, press release from the competent authority. Used to confirm every key fact
2 — Official portals Official websites and dashboards of boards, commissions, departments and universities. Used to confirm links, dates and procedures
3 — Context Reputable news reports and official social media accounts. Used only for background; never as the only source for a key fact
Not used Rumours, WhatsApp/Telegram forwards, unverified blogs, leaked papers or claims with no source. We do not publish them

Our guides link to the official source so that you can verify the information yourself.

How we fact-check

  1. Identify the official sourceFind the original notification, notice or portal page.
  2. Read the originalOpen and read the full PDF or notice, not only a summary on another site.
  3. Verify key factsCheck dates, post names, number of vacancies, fees, age limit, eligibility and links against the source.
  4. Cross-check numbersCompare important numbers in more than one place in the document (for example advertisement and notice) when available.
  5. Record the source and dateWe note the source link and the date we verified it.
  6. Second read before publishingA second look at names, dates and numbers before the page goes live.
  7. Schedule a re-checkTime-sensitive pages are rechecked as the official situation changes.

Writing standards

  • Answer first: the main fact appears in the opening lines.
  • Plain language: short sentences, defined terms, Hindi lines where helpful.
  • Structured pages: headings, tables and steps so you can scan quickly.
  • Clear labelling of what is official fact and what is our explanation.
  • No clickbait headlines, no fake urgency and no promises of selection or results.
  • Original writing: we explain in our own words and do not copy other sites.

Updates and freshness

Results and admit cards Updated when the official result or admit card link is live, and when it changes.
Vacancies and applications Updated for corrigenda, last-date extensions and closed dates.
Syllabus, pattern and cut off Updated when the official body revises them.
Yojana and documents Updated when scheme rules, amounts or portals change.
Evergreen guides Reviewed regularly, and updated when facts change.

Every page shows the dates it was published and last updated. When a page changes in a meaningful way, the updated date changes with it.

What we do not publish

  • Leaked or illegal copies of question papers or answer keys.
  • Unverified claims, fake results or fake notifications.
  • Content that asks readers to pay for results, jobs or admission.
  • Hate speech, discrimination or content that harms individuals.
  • Medical, legal or financial advice presented as official guidance.

Independence and advertising

Editorial decisions are made independently of advertisers, ad networks and affiliate partners. We do not accept money to publish, alter or remove facts. Ads, if shown, are clearly separate from our guides. See the Advertising Disclosure.

Use of tools and AI

We may use software tools, including AI-assisted tools, for support tasks such as spell-checking, formatting or drafting help. These tools are not a source of facts. A human editor checks every fact against the official source before a guide is published, and remains responsible for the final content.

Feedback and corrections

We welcome corrections. If you see a mistake, please follow the steps in our Corrections Policy or write to [email protected]. If you have general feedback, use Contact Us.

Editorial FAQs

Do you copy from other websites?

No. We start from the official notification or portal and write our own explanation. We may check other reputable sources for context, but facts such as dates and fees are confirmed with the official source.

Do advertisers influence what you publish?

No. Advertising is separate from editorial decisions. We do not take payment to publish, change or remove a result, vacancy or fact.

How do you handle rumours and leaked papers?

We do not publish rumours, unverified forwards or leaked question papers. If a claim cannot be confirmed from an official source, we leave it out or label it clearly as unconfirmed.

How often are pages updated?

Time-sensitive pages such as results, admit cards and vacancies are updated as soon as the official source changes. Evergreen guides are reviewed regularly. Every page shows its last updated date.
