How to report a mistake
- Copy the page linkOpen the page that has the problem and copy its web address.
- Describe the issueTell us what is wrong, for example a date, fee, link or number.
- Send the official sourceAdd the official notice or website link that proves the correct information.
- Email usWrite to [email protected]. We will reply when we have checked it.
What happens after you report

| Typo or formatting | Fixed. We may not add a note. |
| Small factual error | Fixed and the “Updated” date changes. |
| Material error (dates, fees, eligibility, result links, anything that could affect an application) | Fixed, and a short visible correction note is added to the page with the date. |
| Outdated information | Updated with the latest official information, and dated. |
| Cannot be verified | Removed or labelled as unconfirmed until an official source is available. |
When the official source changes
Official bodies often issue corrigenda, revised dates and new result links. We update our pages when this happens. If you notice an official change that we have not reflected, please tell us with the official link.
Removal and privacy requests
If you want personal information about you removed, or a page changed for privacy reasons, write to [email protected] and read our Privacy Policy. For copyright issues use the DMCA & Copyright page.
What we do not change
- We do not change facts because someone asked for it without an official source.
- We do not remove accurate content to please an advertiser or a third party.
- We do not delete the history of a material correction.
