NDTV reported on 22 March 2026 that DigiLocker carries RBSE Class 10 and 12 marksheets since 2015, through the Raj-eVault service, with the issuer named as the Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan. Create or sign in to an account on DigiLocker. We did not sign in, so we cannot describe the exact fields DigiLocker asks for. If your document does not appear, the board or the school can tell you whether the record was uploaded.
Use official pages only
Check the address bar before you type a roll number: it should end in rajeduboard.rajasthan.gov.in, rajresults.nic.in or rajshaladarpan.rajasthan.gov.in. Do not pay anyone to “get” a result.
Duplicate marksheet and migration certificate
| Item | Fee or detail |
|---|---|
| Urgent duplicate marksheet | Rs 200 |
| Migration certificate | Rs 200 |
| Where | Board student service centres, listed on the board’s student services page; Ajmer 0145-2632866 |
This comes from the board’s student services page. The page is undated and describes an office process, so ask before you pay. An online application page for duplicate documents and corrections also exists on the board’s duplicate documents and corrections page. We did not submit anything on it.
Correction rules in 2026
| When | What changed | Source |
|---|---|---|
| 15 June 2026 | Board order cuts the correction limit to one year | khaskhabar; Patrika |
| After the 15 June order (date not given) | Rules changed again after protests | Patrika |
| 18 July 2026 | New order: corrections allowed in documents up to three years old for spelling, spacing, name, father’s and mother’s name, surname and date of birth | Patrika |
| Same order | Mother’s name can be added to records before 2001 on documents | Patrika |
| Same order | If board and school records differ, the correction follows the school record; free if the board erred, else Rs 300 per error | Patrika |
Patrika called this the third change in a month and pointed out two typing errors in the order. Because the rules moved so often, read the latest notice on rajeduboard.rajasthan.gov.in before you apply.
The time-limit conflict
| Limit | Where it comes from | Status |
|---|---|---|
| One year | 15 June 2026 board order | Later replaced |
| Three years | Patrika, 18 July 2026 | Newest rule we found |
| Five years | Printed on the back of the 2026 supplementary marksheets, point 7 | Still printed; conflicts with the order |
We cannot tell which limit the board will apply in your case. If your document is close to three years old, apply as early as possible.
What you cannot change easily
A name change that is not a spelling fix needs a court order and a gazette notification (as reported). Use only the board’s own page or a student service centre, and note that the only fees we found are the Rs 200 and Rs 300 above.

Before you apply for a correction
- Find the exact wrong detail on the marksheet and the correct detail in the school record.
- Check how old the document is; the limit reported for 2026 is three years, but the five-year line on the back of the marksheet still exists.
- Ask the school to confirm the record in writing if it differs from the board.
- Keep copies of every receipt and acknowledgement.
- Do not pay anyone who says they can get it done faster; the fees we found are on the board pages.
RBSE marksheet FAQs
Can I download the RBSE marksheet online?
The online result is a provisional marksheet you can save as a PDF. The original is issued through the school, and the board’s Class 10 and 12 marksheets are also on DigiLocker.
Is the DigiLocker marksheet valid?
The board’s Class 10 and 12 marksheets from 2015 are listed on DigiLocker, issued by the Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan (NDTV). Check the acceptance rule of the institution you are applying to.
How much is a duplicate RBSE marksheet?
The board’s student services page lists Rs 200 for an urgent duplicate marksheet and Rs 200 for a migration certificate. The page is undated and describes an office process, so confirm before you pay.
How do I correct a name or date of birth error on the marksheet?
Apply on the board’s documents and corrections page. As reported by Patrika on 18 July 2026, errors in spelling, name, parents’ names, surname and date of birth can be corrected on documents up to three years old, at Rs 300 per error and free if the board made the mistake.
Is there a time limit for corrections?
Reports conflict. A 15 June 2026 board order cut the limit to one year, a later one extended it, and Patrika reports three years on 18 July 2026, while the back of 2026 supplementary marksheets still says five years. Check the latest board notice.
Can I change my name on the marksheet?
