RBSE result website not working: quick fixes
Quick answer
Retry on the other official site (rajeduboard.rajasthan.gov.in or rajresults.nic.in), wait a few minutes, switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data, and then try DigiLocker or the SMS route. Do not use unofficial result pages.
- Check that you typed the address correctly.
- Open the second official portal.
- Wait a few minutes and retry once.
- Change the network or the browser.
- Use DigiLocker or SMS as a backup.
- Contact the school or the board helpline if the problem continues.
Why the RBSE result site does not open
When a result is announced at a fixed time, lakhs of students open the same pages. The Hindustan Times live blog of 31 March 2026 reported that the board site was down for a while on result day, and Hindustan Times and other outlets put up their own copies of the result for readers, which are not official.

This is one connection on one day. It does not say your page will fail or work. On result day the picture may differ.
The fixes, in order
- Check the addressType rajeduboard.rajasthan.gov.in or rajresults.nic.in yourself. A slightly different spelling is a different site.
- Use the second portalIf one is slow, the other may work. Class 5 and 8 use rajshaladarpan.rajasthan.gov.in.
- Try the Download CenterThe board’s 2026 Download Center, the board’s 2026 Download Center, lists the result links by class and stream.
- Wait and retry onceMany refreshes at once make the load worse.
- Change network or browserSwitch between Wi-Fi and mobile data, or try a private window or another browser. Check the phone date and time too; this is general advice, not a board instruction.
- Note the messageTake a screenshot of the error in case the school or the board asks.

The marksheet you see online is provisional. The board says results on the net cannot be treated as original marksheets; the original is issued separately. See RBSE marksheet download and correction.
What is not an alternative
- A copy of the result on a news site or a coaching site. It may be accurate, but it is not an official page and we do not link it.
- A site or an app that asks for money, an OTP, your Aadhaar number or a download to show the result.
- A name wise result site. There is no official name search; see RBSE result name se check kar sakte hai ya nahi.
- A message with a result link. Type the address yourself.
Class 5 and Class 8 results
These are on the Shala Darpan result page, the Class 5 and 8 result page on Shala Darpan, and not on the board portals. The form asks for the class, the roll number, a district (or an application number, or a school code) and a captcha sum. If it does not open, try again after a few minutes. A result day plan that avoids the rush
- Keep the roll number, stream and admit card ready the evening before.
- Open the official page a few minutes before the declared time (1:00 PM for Class 10 and 10:00 AM for Class 12 in 2026).
- Keep both portal addresses in your notes.

RBSE website not opening: FAQs
Why is the RBSE result website not opening?
The usual reason on result day is heavy traffic. The Hindustan Times reported on 31 March 2026 that the board site was down for a while because of the rush. Other causes are a typing mistake in the address, a slow network or a browser problem.
What to do if rajresults.nic.in is not opening?
Try the board site rajeduboard.rajasthan.gov.in, wait a few minutes, and retry on another network. On 4 November 2026 our test connection to rajresults.nic.in returned a server error, so the problem can also be on the portal side.
Is there an official alternative to the result website?
Yes, in part. The board lists marksheets on DigiLocker (Raj eVault), and NDTV India reported an SMS route. Both are backups. We have not tested the SMS.
Is it safe to use a mirror or an app from a link on social media?
No. Check the address bar. It should end with rajeduboard.rajasthan.gov.in, rajresults.nic.in or rajshaladarpan.rajasthan.gov.in. A site that asks for money, an OTP or an app download is not official.
My Class 5 or 8 result page is not opening. What do I do?

Who can I call if the result is wrong or missing?
The board lists 0145-2632866 (the Indian Express printed 0145-2632866, 2632867 and 2632868). For a wrong name or marks, tell the school the same day. See RBSE marksheet download and correction.
