How to check RBSE result: the six steps
- Pick the right class and portalClass 10 and 12 results are on the board sites. Class 5 and 8 are on Shala Darpan. The open school (RSOS) has its own portal.
- Keep the admit card and roll number readyThe roll number is printed on the admit card. For Class 5 and 8 the form also asks for a district, an application number or a school code.
- Open the official addressType rajeduboard.rajasthan.gov.in or rajresults.nic.in yourself, or use the Result 2026 link from the board Download Center. Do not click a link from a message.
- Choose the class and streamClick the Class 10 or Class 12 link. For Class 12 pick Arts, Science or Commerce. Class 5 and 8 ask for a class.
- Enter the details and the captchaType the roll number exactly as printed, add the district or code if the form asks, and solve the captcha.
- Save the scorecardCheck the name, roll number and each subject mark, then save the page as a PDF or take a screenshot.
Use official pages only
Check the address bar before you type a roll number: it should end in rajeduboard.rajasthan.gov.in, rajresults.nic.in or rajshaladarpan.rajasthan.gov.in. Do not pay anyone to “get” a result.
Where to check RBSE result: the official addresses
| Address | Who runs it | Use it for |
|---|---|---|
| rajeduboard.rajasthan.gov.in | Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan, Ajmer | Class 10 and 12 results, Download Center, duplicate and correction pages |
| rajresults.nic.in | Rajasthan results portal, which news reports list with the board site | Class 10 and 12 results |
| rajshaladarpan.rajasthan.gov.in | Integrated ShalaDarpan portal of the school education department | Class 5 and 8 results and school logins |
| rsosadmission.rajasthan.gov.in | Rajasthan State Open School | Open school results and admissions |
| DigiLocker | Government of India document wallet | Board marksheets, where available |
Any other address, including look-alike names with “rbse”, “rajresult” or “result” in them, is not one of these. On result day many third-party sites copy the result. We do not link them, and the board does not charge anything to view a result.
The Class 5 and Class 8 form
The Class 5 and 8 result is on the Shala Darpan portal. We read the form on the official page. It asks for the class, the roll number, and then one of three identifiers: the district, the application number or the school code (NIC-SD or PSP code), followed by a captcha sum. The step-by-step guides are RBSE 5th result roll number wise and RBSE 8th result by roll number. The portal map and login help are in Shala Darpan result and login guide.
The Class 10 and Class 12 form
For Class 10 the media reports and the board Download Center point to one credential: the roll number. For Class 12 the links are separate for Arts, Science and Commerce, so you choose the stream first and then enter the roll number. We could not open the live forms of the board in our own test on 4 November 2026, so we do not claim to have a screenshot of them.
Full details: RBSE 10th result roll number wise for Class 10 and RBSE 12th result 2026 for the three Class 12 streams.
How to check RBSE result by name
The short answer is that the official pages do not offer it. The Class 5 and 8 form, the board Download Center for Class 10 and 12 and the RSOS form have no field for a student’s name. We wrote one page that answers this question in full: RBSE result name se check kar sakte hai ya nahi. For the class-wise versions see RBSE 5th result name wise, RBSE 8th result name wise and RBSE 10th result name wise.
Beware of “name wise result” sites
Many sites say you can type a name and see a Rajasthan board result. The official result pages we opened do not have a name box (we read the form fields). A site that asks for money, an OTP, your Aadhaar number or a download of an app to show a result is not an official source. The board does not charge to view a result.
SMS and DigiLocker: what is reported
| Route | What is reported | Our status |
|---|---|---|
| SMS | RJ10 followed by the roll number for Class 10; RJ12A, RJ12S or RJ12C and the roll number for Arts, Science or Commerce; sent to 5676750 or 56263 (NDTV India) | We have not tested it. Check the number on the board notice first |
| DigiLocker | The board lists Class 10 and 12 marksheets on DigiLocker (Raj eVault). The board’s main page says certificates with marksheets for 2015 to 2025 are there | Needs an account. Whether 2026 is listed is explained in RBSE marksheet download and correction |
| UMANG app | Jagran Josh says the result can also be seen through DigiLocker and the UMANG app | We did not verify the UMANG route |
Treat SMS and apps as backups. The board pages remain the main route, and the marksheet rules are in RBSE marksheet download and correction.
If you lost the roll number
- Look at the admit card, the exam fee receipt or the school’s exam form copy. The roll number is printed on the admit card.
- Ask the school office. The school holds the exam list and can read the number from it. A school or district result PDF method was described by Navbharat Times on 24 March 2026, which we could not verify on the board site.
- For a private candidate, check the application printout and the admit card you downloaded.
- Never share Aadhaar details, OTPs or money with a site that offers to “find” a roll number from a name.
More on this in RBSE result name se check kar sakte hai ya nahi.
Errors on result day and what they mean
| Problem | Likely reason | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Result not found | A wrong roll number, the wrong class link, or the wrong stream for Class 12 | Check the admit card and open the right link |
| Page does not load | Heavy traffic on result day | Wait, try the other official portal, see RBSE result website nahi khul raha |
| Name or subject wrong | A data entry error at the school | Tell the school the same day; see RBSE marksheet download and correction |
| Marks look lower than expected | A totalling or transfer mistake is possible | Read RBSE revaluation aur scrutiny 2026 for the scrutiny rules |
| Result shows a failing subject | The student may be in the supplementary category | See RBSE supplementary exam 2026 |
After you see the result
Save the provisional scorecard, then decide what you need next. The marksheet and DigiLocker steps are in RBSE marksheet download and correction. Yes. The board pages open in a phone browser, and SMS and DigiLocker are also reported as routes. Use the official address only, and take a screenshot or PDF of the scorecard.

No. The board itself says on its result page that results on the net are for immediate information and cannot be treated as original marksheets. See RBSE marksheet download and correction for the original, DigiLocker and duplicate routes.
The RBSE result page is not opening. What should I do?

No. RSOS is a separate open school body and asks for an enrolment number and date of birth. See RSOS result 2026.
