RBSE supplementary exam 2026 for Class 10 and 12 ran from 14 to 16 May with practicals from 7 May, and the result came on 29 May 2026: 64.69 per cent of Class 10 and 71.65 per cent of Class 12 candidates passed. The reports conflict
We could not open the board order, so we cannot say which rule is exact. Ask the school for the notice and do not rely on a rule from a website, including ours.
Students who passed and want a higher score are not covered by this exam. For a total that looks wrong, the route is scrutiny, in RBSE revaluation aur scrutiny 2026.

The board also decided to raise the main exam fee to Rs 850 and Rs 200 per practical from 2026-27 (ETV Bharat, 15 November 2025). We did not find a new supplementary fee for 2027, so we do not state one.
How to fill the RBSE supplementary form
- Confirm you are in the supplementary categoryLook at the result: a student with one or two failing subjects is in the category. Ask the school for the board order that applies.
- Note the datesIn 2026 the form ran 15 to 22 April without a late fee, then 23 to 27 April with a late fee, then from 28 April with an extraordinary late fee.
- Fill the formRegular students apply through the school login. Private candidates apply on the board portal.
- Pay the fee at the bankRs 600 regular or Rs 650 private, plus Rs 100 per practical subject. In 2026 the deposit date was 24 April, and 29 April for the late fee.
- Collect the admit card and appearPracticals began on 7 May and theory ran from 14 to 16 May 2026. Take the admit card from the school or the board portal as the notice says.
- Check the resultOpen the board supplementary result page and enter the roll number. In 2026 it came on 29 May.

How to check the RBSE supplementary result
Open the board’s 2026 supplementary result page and enter your roll number. The page we opened is titled “Senior Secondary Suppl. Examination 2026”; the board’s news box also lists the supplementary results as a whole. We could read the heading and the board’s note, but the form fields did not load in our reader, so follow the live labels. Class 5 and 8 supplementary
For Class 5 and 8, reports say the supplementary exam was held in July 2026 (Amar Ujala) or from 20 to 25 July (a third-party guide). The Shala Darpan portal has a supplementary result link, but we could not open the time table or the result page. The numbers of E-grade students are in RBSE 8th class result 2026 and RBSE 5th class result 2026.
What is the special supplementary result?
The board’s main page on 4 November 2026 lists “Special Suppl. Examination Results 2026” next to the normal supplementary results. We found no report that explains who took it or when, so we do not describe it. Ask the school if you think it applies to you.

The 2027 outlook
For Class 10, reports say the board will hold two exams from 2026-27. Both outlets we found disagree on supplementary details, as the FAQ shows, so we cannot say what will replace the May supplementary exam. The Class 12 pattern has not been reported as changing. What marks are needed to pass the supplementary exam?
33 per cent, according to Careers360, as in the main exam. The board’s own text was not readable for us, so confirm with the school. See RBSE passing marks.
Is there a supplementary exam for Class 5 and 8?
Yes. Reports put it on 20 to 25 July 2026 (a third-party guide) and in July (Amar Ujala). We could not open the official page. See RBSE 8th class result 2026 and RBSE 5th class result 2026.
Will Class 10 have a supplementary exam in 2027?
Unclear. From 2026-27 Class 10 is reported to have two board exams. The Indian Express says there is no supplementary exam and Jagran Josh says supplementary-category students can use the second exam, so wait for the board notice.
