BSTC college allotment list name wise: what is true
Many people search for a “name wise” allotment list. In 2026 the reports we read describe a login-based letter: you enter your details and download your own allotment PDF. We could not confirm a public file that lists every candidate by name.
Do not pay for a name list
A site that asks for money to show “your college” is not the university. Use only the official portal.
If you lost your number, our BSTC result name wise guide explains how to recover it.

How far apart the 2026 lists were
The five releases of 2026 were not evenly spaced. These day counts are our arithmetic from the dates above.
| Gap | Days |
|---|---|
| Result (10 June) to first list (20 June) | 10 |
| First list to revised list (7 July) | 17 |
| Revised list to second list (16 July) | 9 |
| Second list to third list (4 August) | 19 |
| Third list to special phase (7 September) | 34 |
The Times of India schedule of 11 June had planned the second list for 13 July and the third for 22 July. The actual lists came on 16 July and 4 August, so planned dates in news are only a guide.
Seats in 2026 and 2025
| Year | Seats and institutions |
|---|---|
| 2026 | 25,970 seats in the first allotment (Jagran Josh); about 376 institutions (CareerPower) or 379 in the institute list |
| 2025 | 25,977 seats in 377 institutions |
The count of institutions differs by source, so use the official list. Our BSTC college list Rajasthan page shows a district-wise summary and the 37 government institutions.
How seats are allotted
Jagran Josh says allotment depends on your exam rank, your category and the colleges you choose in counselling. This is why your choice list matters as much as your marks.
| Factor | Role |
|---|---|
| Rank and marks | Decide the order in which candidates are considered |
| Category | Reserved seats are filled by category rules |
| Choice list | Your highest available choice is tried first |
| Seats left | Vacant seats go to later rounds |
See BSTC cut off 2026 for what we could and could not verify about marks and seats.
Allotment timing in earlier years
The gap between the result and the first allotment has varied. These are our counts from reported dates.
| Year | Result | First allotment | Days between | Source |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 2023 | 29 September 2023 | 16 December 2023 | 78 | Careers360 report of 17 Dec 2023 (fee window from 16 Dec) |
| 2024 | 17 July 2024 | 4 August 2024 | 18 | Press reports (4 Aug 2024) |
| 2025 | 14 June 2025 | 26 June 2025 | 12 | Jagran Josh (26 Jun 2025) |
| 2026 | 10 June 2026 | 20 June 2026 | 10 | VMOU schedule, Jagran Josh |
The 2026 gap of 10 days was the shortest of the four years in the table.
