How to fill BSTC form: open the official Pre D.El.Ed portal, enter details exactly as on your Class 10 certificate, upload a photo, thumb impression and signature (each up to 100 KB), pay ₹450 or ₹500 and print the application. These step cards follow the 2026 VMOU notice. No fake screenshots are used, and the 2027 form will open only after a new notification.

How to fill BSTC form: step by step (2026)
The portal can change its screen labels, so follow the words on your screen. These steps follow the official general directions.
- Open only the official portalGo to predeledraj2026.com (named in the 2026 notice). Do not use links from chats or videos.
- Prepare scans before you startPhoto (colour passport size, not older than 3 months), thumb impression and signature, each a separate JPG or JPEG file up to 100 KB. Keep your Class 10 marksheet ready; it must be uploaded.
- Download the blank formThe website provides a sample form. Fill it by hand first, with your name and parents’ names spelt as on the Class 10 certificate.
- Enter personal detailsName, father’s and mother’s names, date of birth, gender, category, mobile number and email. Use your own active mobile and email because exam information is sent there.
- Choose class details and courseEnter Class 12 details. If you passed Senior Upadhyay, choose that option. Select D.El.Ed (General), D.El.Ed (Sanskrit) or both, and choose a minority-language option only if you want an institute of that language.
- Choose your exam centre districtThe form shows a district list. After you submit, requests to change the centre are not accepted.
- Upload photo, thumb and signatureWear your usual look in the photo (beard or clean-shaven) because you must appear the same in the exam hall. Spectacles are fine if you use them; black or coloured glasses are not allowed.
- Review every fieldCheck each entry yourself. The notice says not to depend on the e-Mitra operator or cyber cafe. Errors can cost you the exam or your seat later.
- Pay the fee online₹450 or ₹500 through online payment, debit or credit card, net banking or UPI. You can also pay at an e-Mitra kiosk.
- Print and keep the applicationPrint the hard copy after successful payment. Keep it with self-attested copies of your certificates; you must submit them at counselling.
Common mistakes that cost candidates
- Spelling of your name or your parents’ names does not match the Class 10 certificate.
- Submitting more than one form: only the last one is valid, and the earlier forms are cancelled.
- Photo older than 3 months, or a photo that does not look like you at the exam.
- Choosing the wrong exam-centre district; changes are not accepted after submit.
- Giving a relative’s phone number or an email you do not open; the university sends exam information there.
- Depending on the cyber cafe or e-Mitra operator to check the form. The notice says the candidate is responsible for errors.
Wrong information in the form can lead to cancellation of admission and the fee is not returned.
After you apply: what comes next
- Save the hard copy and your payment slip. You must give them at counselling (BSTC counselling 2026).

When will the next BSTC form open?
The Rajasthan government names the nodal agency for each cycle, and the form dates come in its notice. For 2026, the government letter naming VMOU was dated 25 November 2025, and the form opened a week later. As of 4 November 2026 we found no 2027 notification. The official portal changes its screens every year, and we could not open it from our own browser because of its bot protection. How to prepare the photo, thumb and signature scans
The notice sets only the size (up to 100 KB each) and the JPG or JPEG format, and the photo rules. These practical steps are our suggestion:
- PhotoUse a recent colour passport-size photo against a plain background. It must not be more than three months old, and you must look the same in the exam hall.
- Thumb impressionPress your thumb on a clean ink pad, then on plain white paper. Scan it or take a flat, well-lit picture.
- SignatureSign with a dark pen on white paper in the same style you will use on the OMR and admit card.
- Check the file sizeLook at the file properties on your phone or computer. If a file is above 100 KB, resize or compress it and check it again.
- Name the files clearlyUse names such as photo.jpg, thumb.jpg and sign.jpg so that you do not upload the wrong file in the wrong box.

If you use a kiosk, bring all your documents and the hand-filled form, and ask for the application print and the payment slip before you leave. Keep both.

What is the BSTC form fee?
₹450 for one course (D.El.Ed General or D.El.Ed Sanskrit) and ₹500 for both courses. The fee is not refundable (VMOU Pre D.El.Ed 2026 general directions).
How to apply for BSTC online?
Online only. The notification says handwritten or offline forms are not accepted and hard copies should not be sent to the office. You can fill the form yourself or at an e-Mitra kiosk.
What documents are needed for the BSTC form?
Scanned colour photo, thumb impression and signature, each up to 100 KB in JPG or JPEG; Class 10 marksheet (upload is compulsory); Class 12 marksheet and certificate; category and sub-category certificates; domicile certificate; and bank passbook details.
Can I edit the BSTC form after submitting?
The notification says to check every entry before pressing Submit, and it does not mention a correction window. If you filled more than one form, only the last one is valid and the others are cancelled. We found no printed rule that lets you change the exam centre after you submit.
Which BSTC form option should I take: one course or both?
If you want D.El.Ed (General) only, pay ₹450. If you also meet the rules for D.El.Ed (Sanskrit), the ₹500 option keeps both open. Sanskrit seats are reserved 75% for Senior Upadhyay passes and 25% for Sanskrit-elective students.
Is there an offline BSTC form?
No. Offline or handwritten forms are not accepted. You may download the blank form from the website only to prepare your answers by hand before filling the online form.
When does the next BSTC form open?
We found no 2027 notification as of 4 November 2026. The 2026 form opened on 2 December 2025 and was extended until 2 April 2026 (BSTC exam date 2026). Watch the official site, not social media posts.
My payment is done but the form print is not coming. What should I do?
